Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679  of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

These entities process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
The legal basis for the processing activities are:
– Article 6(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679   of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 because processing is necessary for the performance of a task;
The purposes of this processing operation are to:
  • provide you with access to the conference venue;
  • include you in the participants list which will be made available to the organisers, the other participants;
  • contact you when necessary for the organisation of the event,
  • facilitate the follow-up activities of the event, collection of your feedback, sharing of information related to the event
The following of your personal data are collected, for the purposes mentioned above:
  • First name,
  • Last name,
  • E-mail address,
  • Mobile phone number
In addition, it is indeed possible that photographs of you will be taken during the event and might be used for related communication purposes, including on Internet and social media such as official site of the conference and Facebook page. Upon registration, you can give your explicit consent to have your images recorded and published on related communication channels. In the absence of your consent, the organiser will offer suitable alternatives, so that you can fully take part in the event.
The recipients of your personal data will be staff in charge of the management of the Transylvanian Clusters International Conference, staff of Geta Ungurean Event Planning http://www.getaungurean.ro/ in charge of organising the event, participants of the event as well.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
The processing of your data will not include automated decision-making (such as profiling).
Your personal data will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months, since the registration of the conference starts. Data will be deleted at the end of this period, except for video and photo materials that will be used to promote the conference and subsequent editions.
You have the right to access your personal data and to request your personal data to be rectified, if the data is inaccurate or incomplete; where applicable, you have the right to request restriction or to object to processing, to request a copy or erasure of your personal data held by the data controller. If processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
Your request to exercise one of the above rights will be dealt with without undue delay and within one month.
