Mr. Andrei Ceclan

Dr. Andrei CECLAN (M) is an authorized Energy Manager and Auditor (www.anre.ro),  Certified Energy Manager (CEM-AEE USA) and project team leader for energy audit and management on over 120 industrial plants in Romania during 2007 – 2018. He has extensive experience on energy surveys on performing different technological projects and installations, (non)energy measurements for both quantitative and quality parameters, and on applying mathematical models for real and optimized energy and mass balances.

Andrei is the technical coordinator of Horizon 2020 Demand Response in Blocks of Buildings undergoing project in TUCN aggregated buildings (www.dr-bob.eu) and coordinates the urban energy management post-graduate course.

He optimized a series of calculus models and data analysis for energy balances, using numerical techniques: equation solving, integration, curve fitting and regressions, numerical interpolation, so as to enhance quality and precision of the energy saving evaluations, aspects validated by post-implementation energy measurements for the proposed efficiency solutions: variable flow control pumping and ventilation, hydraulic vector control, lighting voltage control, energy losses evaluation etc. He also acts as President of the Romanian Energy Auditors and Managers Society and President of the Board for the Romanian Energy Efficiency Fund (www.free.org.ro).
