Mr. Changheon Kim

Changheon Kim, PhD (Eng.) – senior researcher, Green Energy R&D Department, Green Energy Institute, South Korea with years of experience in silicon solar cells and photovoltaic modules: Standardization of PV module test; Hybrid system for remote islands; Reliability test of PV module; Energy materials/devices development; Micro/nano patterning; Si Thin films.

Projects involved in many themes related to the PV industries; currently focusing on “Construction of MW-scaled PV demonstration Complex” in South Korea which is related to PV demonstrating complex with international standard.

Currently he is a member of IECRE (International Electrotechnical Commission Renewable Energy) REMC WG008 Hybrid/Microgrid system and PV-OMC WG401 Rules of Procedure as a representative of South Korea.
