Mr. Istvan Vakar

Vakar Istvan is currently the Vice-President of the Cluj County Council.

He studied at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca, obtaining the degree of engineer, as well as the diploma of Doctor in Agronomy after the completion of the doctorate.

Vakar Istvan has a rich professional experience, being accumulated as a result of the positions held at institutions such as the County Pay Office for Rural Development and Fisheries Cluj, where he was Deputy Director for over 10 years; The Department for Agriculture of Cluj County where he was Deputy Executive Director for one year. He has also had jobs such as administrator, chief editor and engineer.
