Mr. Kádár Rezső

Kádár Rezső, entrepreneur, economist and forester, with over 20 years of experience in the wood industry has expertise in the management of national and EU-funded projects. Since 2001 he is successfully running his own wood company. As a company manager he has experience in applying to several public funded support projects. He is the vice-president of the Association of SME’s from Covasna County (with over 500 members) and manager of the PRO WOOD Regional Wood Cluster. Since 2003 he participated in different projects, in support to SME’s and clusters in the wood processing and furniture production industry. Between 2014-2015 he has run a support project for the integration of wood and forest companies into an innovative value chain within the Pro Wood cluster under the SF intervention in the Competitiveness Programme. Other projects include Re-manufacturing – a START initiative under the Danube Strategy of the EU for enhancing smart furniture production. Currently, he is project manager of the FORESDA – Interreg Danube and Rosewood – Horizon 2020 projects where the PRO WOOD cluster is partner.
