Biography

Nicolas Fegeant is the International Development Manager of the VEGEPOLYS, a competitiveness cluster gathering together firms, research and training centres in the plant field around some innovative projects to strengthen the firms’ competitiveness. VEGEPOLYS was born in the Pays de la Loire territory, the French State granted this “competitiveness cluster” label to VEGEPOLYS in July 2005 because of its unique concentration of firms, laboratories and schools in Europe.

Nicolas Fegeant is, also, the Project Manager of the TRACK COSME Project, which aims to create an interregional ecosystem to stimulate new innovative solutions fitting specific requirements of agrifood chain, and joint investments towards an advanced agrifood industry 4.0.
