MR. PETER KIM

Dr. Peter Kim is managing director of Jeollanamdo Europe Office, which is the European representative office of Jeollanamdo province from South Korea in Frankfurt, Germany. Peter majored environmental science and holds a Ph.D. in business administration in the field of corporate sustainability management.

As representative of the Jeollanamdo provincial government in Germany since 2012, he is in charge of promotion of European investment to the province in Korea, market entrance for the regional companies into Europe and regional collaboration for the province with European governments.

He worked in KIST Europe – Korean Institute of Science and Technology in Saarbruecken, Germany as team leader for technology management from 2007 to 2011, where he accomplished various projects for stimulating European and Korean research and business collaboration.
