Mrs. Ania Pașcalău

Ania Pașcalău is the cluster manager of Transilvania Creative Industries Cluster. Starting with 2016, she participated in the coagulation of the interested stakeholders and the formation of the Cluster. Afterwards she has engaged actively in the elaboration and consolidation of the strategy of the Cluster. In 2017 she obtained the Bronze Etiquette for the Transilvania Creative Industries Cluster.

At the same time she is working for Cluj Innovation Park, a company that administrates the Regional Center of Excellence for Creative Industries, structure that will offer the infrastructure for the entities that develop their activity in the creative industries sector in the North-West Region.

Ania is also a researcher at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, and the research domain converge around the systemic development of organizations, of products/services and processes specific for the regional creative industries ecosystem.

Volunteer by definition and optimistic, Ania considers that creative industries have a significant impact in the economical regional growth and in the delivery on the national and international market of innovative products developed through collaboration between creative and non-creative industries.
